Time Clients
As a guest to our Spa you will be greeted by one of our
Spa coordinators and escorted to our lounge where you will
be offered a refreshment.
We ask our first time clients to fill out a brief checklist
about their health. The information you give us on this
form is confidential and will enable our therapists to personalize
the service(s) to your individual health/skin care needs.
It is important to inform us of any health conditions or
allergies you may have or any medical treatment you may
be receiving as some services may be contra indicated for
your specific health needs.
We combine aromatherapy with most of our services. To allow
the aromatherapy blends to be absorbed through the skin
for a therapeutic effect, we ask that you do not shower
after a service. We do not offer shower facilities here
at the Spa. We have changing rooms available for our guests.(Back

Appointments/Scheduling
All services are by appointment only. Please call in advance
to schedule an appointment. We ask that you arrive 20 minutes
prior to a scheduled service to allow preparation time.
Should a change of schedule occur, please notify us 24 hours
before a single service and 48 hours before weekend, multiple

Cancellation/No
Show Policy
While we make every effort to accommodate our guests we
regret that late cancellations or failure to show for a
service(s) will incur a 20% charge of the total dollar value
of the service(s). We understand that sometimes arriving
late for a service(s) is unavoidable, however depending
upon the circumstances we may be forced to shorten your
service. We try our best to accommodate all of our guests.

Gift Certificates
Gift
certificates represent a pre payment for goods and services
at the Spa Terme Di Aroma/Terme Di Aroma Inc and do not
expire. Use of gift certificates constitute acceptance of
all terms and conditions. Gift certificates are not redeemable
for cash, are non transferable and cannot be used to purchase
another gift certificate. Gift certificates must be presented
in order to be redeemed for a scheduled service. The Spa
Terme Di Aroma Inc is not responsible for unauthorized use
of a gift certificate. We regret that cancellations within
24 hours notice or failure to show for a service will incur
a 20% charge from the total dollar value of the gift certificate.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
for services only (Gratuities excluded).

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of any service
or spa package. A customary gratuity is considered an average
of 20% of the service price, gratuity envelopes are available
at the front desk when you check out.
