Time Clients
Spa guests must be at least 18 years of age to receive an appointment for any of our massage treatments.
As a guest to our Spa you will be greeted by one of our Spa coordinators
and escorted to our lounge where you will be offered a refreshment.
We ask our first time clients to fill out a brief checklist about their
health. The information you give us on this form is confidential and
will enable our therapists to personalize the service(s) to your individual
health/skin care needs. It is important to inform us of any health conditions
or allergies you may have or any medical treatment you may be receiving
as some services may be contra indicated for your specific health needs.
We combine aromatherapy with most of our services. To allow the aromatherapy
blends to be absorbed through the skin for a therapeutic effect, we
ask that you do not shower after a service. We do not offer shower facilities
here at the Spa. We have changing rooms available for our guests.

Appointments/Scheduling
All services are by appointment only. Please call in advance to schedule
an appointment. We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to a scheduled
service to allow preparation time. Should a change of schedule occur,
please notify us 24 hours before a single service and 48 hours before
weekend, multiple and package services.

Cancellation/No Show Policy
While we make every effort to accommodate our guests we regret that
late cancellations or failure to show for a service(s) will incur a
20% charge of the total dollar value of the service(s). We understand
that sometimes arriving late for a service(s) is unavoidable, however
depending upon the circumstances we may be forced to shorten your service.

Gift Cards/Gift Certificates
Gift cards/certificates do not expire and are fully transferable. Prices at The Spa Terme Di Aroma are subject to change. Gift cards/certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be used to purchase another gift card/certificate, cannot be used for gratuities, and must be presented in order to be redeemed at the time of the scheduled service(s). Gift cards are reloadable and may be used to purchase merchandise. Lost or stolen gift cards/certificates can be replaced only with your proof of purchase and identification if not used (with or without permission) previously. Cancellations within 24 hours of or failure to show for a scheduled service will incur a 20% deduction from the total dollar value of the gift card/certificate. Purchase of this gift card/certificate implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Gratuities
Extending a gratuity as a result of a spa experience is at the discretion of our guests and is greatly appreciated. Gratuities are not included in any of our treatment prices or Gift Cards. Most tips customarily range from 15% to 20% of the service provided and are accepted only in the form of cash or check. Gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk when you check out.
