When making your appointment, we encourage you to discuss any health conditions that may affect your spa experience. To ensure the best possible experience and to maximize your safety and comfort, you will be asked to complete or update a brief health form. This will allow your therapist to be informed about your health and history.
This service may not be performed for guests who are pregnant.
It is important to inform us of any health conditions or allergies you may have, or of any health care treatment you may be receiving; some services may be contra-indicated for your specific health needs.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated. We ask that tips be made in cash. For the convenience of our guests, gratuity envelopes are provided at the reception desk upon checking out.
All services are by appointment only. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment. We recommend that guests check in at our reception desk at least 20 minutes before scheduled service(s). As we are located in the historic area, we kindly ask that guests allow ample time for travel and parking.
With any late arrivals, spa service(s) will finish at the scheduled time, while the normal service fee remains unchanged. For some treatments, late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated.
While we make every effort to accommodate our guests, we do require a minimum of 24 hours in advance if canceling or rescheduling a single-service appointment, and 48 hours before weekend, multiple, and package services. A 50% charge for the service will be applied from a credit card or gift card for a cancellation with less than the required notice time as well as for any no-show appointments.
