Indian Foot Massage

½ Hour — $45

A unique and relaxing massage with roots in Ayurvedic medicine (the “Mother of all modern medicine”) and Marma Therapy (acupressure for strength and rejuvenation), Indian Foot Massage encourages deep relaxation and helps balance the entire body.

The lower legs and feet are refreshed with warm towels and the Twelve Marmas (energy gateways) are massaged with a Kansa Vatki bowl, which is made of three different metals: copper, believed to help with pain reduction, inflammation and arthritis; zinc for the immune system and digestion; and tin for digestion and relief from headaches and insomnia. The manipulation of these points encourages the free flow of energy to advance the relaxation and revitalization of tired legs and feet, improve circulation and enhance joint mobility. Stress and anxiety levels are reduced, promoting sound sleep and clarity of mind.

Aromatherapy, the natural essence from plants and trees, is one of our specialties. All of our massage treatments are infused with Aromatherapy.

(Not recommended during pregnancy)

Terme Di Aroma Cares About Your Health

When making your appointment, we encourage you to discuss any health conditions that may affect your spa experience. To ensure the best possible experience and to maximize your safety and comfort, you will be asked to complete or update a brief health form. This will allow your therapist to be informed about your health and history.

This service may not be performed for guests who are pregnant.

It is important to inform us of any health conditions or allergies you may have, or of any health care treatment you may be receiving; some services may be contra-indicated for your specific health needs.

Preparing For Your Massage

Massage therapy is a healing art form through which each practitioner approaches his or her work uniquely, drawing from a wide range of techniques specific to his or her training and experience. Massage styles will vary between each individual therapist.

Gratuities are greatly appreciated. We ask that tips be made in cash. For the convenience of our guests, gratuity envelopes are provided at the reception desk upon checking out.

All services are by appointment only. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment. We recommend that guests check in at our reception desk at least 20 minutes before scheduled service(s). As we are located in the historic area, we kindly ask that guests allow ample time for travel and parking.

With any late arrivals, spa service(s) will finish at the scheduled time, while the normal service fee remains unchanged. For some treatments, late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated.

While we make every effort to accommodate our guests, we do require a minimum of 24 hours in advance if canceling or rescheduling a single-service appointment, and 48 hours before weekend, multiple, and package services. A 50% charge for the service will be applied from a credit card or gift card for a cancellation with less than the required notice time as well as for any no-show appointments.

Aromatherapy, the natural essence from plants and trees, is one of our specialties. All of our massage treatments are infused with Aromatherapy.

We welcome you to come in and explore the many different types of essential oil blends we prepare at the spa to help create a calming and relaxing experience at home.

SPA GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO RECEIVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ANY OF OUR SPA TREATMENTS.
